One of our customer hired a DEVELOPER to do a small social site at their company website but we did find JomSocial. For a site that will manage about 25K members (the company have a large number of people working for them) what will be the best. Just Hire a developer (in what? PHP, java Script, what) or we can do it our selves as a design studio with some help form a Developer friend. Please help us here, we do want the project but at the same time we do not want to say yes and them make a poor job. Any subjections?
